Can Siblings Join In?
We are happy to engage one sibling at no additional cost. We will do our best to find activities the siblings may enjoy together. If you would just like us to keep an eagle-eye out on one while fully engaging the other, we got you covered.
How Do You Navigate Tantrums?
Tantrums come in all shapes, sizes, and volumes. Whether it's sensory overload, a breakdown in communication or an unfulfillable request, kids are guaranteed to get fussy. Luckily, we don't scare easily. Our training and hands-on experience allow us to keep calm and safe while your kiddo flows through his or her emotions.
How About Violent Behaviors?
We will do everything we can legally to maintain the safety of everyone involved. Our policy is to block physical aggression. We may remove items from the environment to maximize safety.
What Does Your Vetting
Process Look Like?
Each babysitter holds at minimum a Registered Behavior Technician, RBT or a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA certification. Background checks including fingerprinting are completed in the New Hire Process. The company reserves the right to routinely verify our babysitters maintain a tidy record.

What Will You Guys Do?
Our goal is to have fun, stay safe, and learn along the way. We are only limited by the wheelhouse of the child and the comfort level of the parent. We can stay around the house, venture out to the neighborhood, or to more detailed activities. We can create new things or play with old ones. A babysitting session can be as fluid or as structured as you would like.
Can I extend the time I booked?
We are unable to extend the end time of the agreed upon service. We encourage you to make it a priority to be available at the end of our appointment time.
